Shop PoliciesWe require a non-refundable deposit for all commissions in order to secure your place in line. Acceptable payment methods include venmo, paypal, cash (local only) and money orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Once your order is nearing completion, you will be messaged for the remaining balance. Items will be shipped via USPS. Signature confirmation will be added to all orders over $500.

Should your package be lost or stolen while in the care of USPS or UPS, Harris Sisters Co cannot be liable. Once the package has shipped and recorded as received at USPS or UPS you must contact shipping company for further details and next steps. A replacement by Harris Sisters Co will not be provided if lost, damaged, stolen or undeliverable by USPS or UPS.
Commissions that have been personalized with brands, names or initials are non-returnable.
